My role: Product systems, desktop and native mobile surfaces, streaming chat, approval flows, reporting contracts, and release safeguards.
Boundary: The operating model and interface contracts are presented without exposing client data, private repositories, prompts, or infrastructure credentials.
Outcome: A reviewable execution system where work can move quickly without losing human authority, artifact fidelity, or reporting truth.
